Heard learned Advocate Shri.Bansode for Review Petitioner / Original Plaintiffs. He invited my attention to the following documents:- (i) Paragraph No.47 of the judgment dated 30th January 2025. (ii) Visara Pavati dated 8th May 2000.

According to him, this Court has wrongly described the Visara Pavati as payment receipt and not the agreement. According to him, if it is corrected, it will be having bearing on the final order passed by this Court. Because while claiming the refund, the Review Petitioner can ask for refund of Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lakh) instead of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh).

Learned Advocate Shri.Machhindra Patil for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and learned Advocate Mr.Pratik B. Rahade for Respondent No.3 seeks time to give reply to these arguments. They are ready that it can be decided on the basis of record and oral arguments. 4.
