Mr. Akshay Doctor, learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant and Mr. Omkar Kudale, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents, state that parties have settled the dispute as far as Second Appeal No.287 of 2024, Second Appeal No.81 of 2024, Second Appeal No.115 of 2024, Second Appeal No.286 of 2024 and Second Appeal No.83 of 2024.

Accordingly, Mr. Akshay Doctor, learned Counsel for the Appellant seeks withdrawal of the said Second Appeals. However, he states that as the execution applications are pending before the RERA Authority with respect to the impugned orders in the said Second Appeals, the Respondents i.e. allottees be also directed to withdraw those execution applications.

Mr. Omkar Kudale, learned Counsel for the Respondent - allottee in the said Second Appeals states that the Respondent shall withdraw the execution applications.

Accordingly, Second Appeal No.287 of 2024, Second Appeal No.81 of 2024, Second Appeal No.115 of 2024, Second Appeal No.286 of 2024 and Second Appeal No.83 of 2024 are allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.

As the Second Appeals are disposed of as withdrawn, nothing survives in the Interim Applications, if any, and the same are also disposed of.
