Learned counsel for the respondent-original complainants, before the RERA submits that out of eleven complainants only one complainant is agreeable for amicable settlement i.e. original complainant in Second Appeal No. 81 of 2024 i.e. Vijay Nilkanth Chimurkar. Learned counsel for the respondent thus, submits that in all the remaining Second Appeals, original complainants have filed an application directing the appellants to deposit the amount as per the order impugned in the Second Appeal.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that this Court by order dated 19th January 2024, has passed an order of stay to the impugned order after hearing the original complainants. He thus, submits that the applications filed by the original complainants Page no. 6 of 7
would amount to modification of the said orders. 3.
Learned counsel for original-complainants therefore seeks liberty to get the applications listed before the same court. Liberty granted.

Stand over to 9th September 2024. Original appellants are at liberty to file an affidavit-in-reply.
