The second appeals are already admitted.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that since the impugned order is stayed, the respondents are suffering from difficulties.

A perusal of the order dated 30th January 2024 indicates that the interim applications are decided after hearing the parties. However, by order dated 26th April 2024, second appeals were directed to be listed for hearing. Since large number of matters are listed for admission before this Court, it is not possible to hear the second appeals for final hearing immediately.
