ORDER :

Learned counsels for the parties submit that in principle the parties are aggreable to amicably resolve the dispute. They, however, submit that the parties are not able to finalize the terms. Learned counsels therefore submit that the parties be referred for mediation.

By consent Mr. Kiran Nawale, Advocate practicing in Sangli District is appointed as a Mediator.

Learned Mediator is at liberty to issue necessary directions for payment of mediation charges. Mediation charges, if any, shall be paid equally by the Appellants in all the Second Appeals. Page No. 2 of 3
