I have perused the consent terms. The terms are legal and valid. Learned counsel for respondent no. 1 on instructions confirms receipt of the amount mentioned in paragraph 5 of the consent terms. In view of the amicable settlement between the parties the appellants shall be entitled to withdraw the amount as referred in paragraph 6 of the consent terms.

The second appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms.

In view of disposal of the second appeal, pending interim application is disposed of as infructuous.
