Since, I am not inclined to entertain the second appeal as there is no question of law involved in the second appeal, learned counsel for the appellant seeks time to place on record a copy of judgment in the earlier suit which she wants to rely on. She submits that perusal of the earlier suit would indicate that the defendant's father was a tenant in the suit property.
