This matter was circulated by Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and an apprehension was expressed that Appellant No.2 in Second Appeal No. 718 of 2024 (Prabhakar Hindurao Alatekar) is likely to sell suit property because certain property is recently already sold by him in favour of 3rd party.

The matter was kept back in the afternoon session for taking instructions.

Learned counsel for Appellant No.2 in Second Appeal No. 718 of 2024 states on instructions, that property which is sold by his client recently is not subject matter of the present dispute and his client is not selling the suit property for the time being, and definitely not till next date.

In view of the above, the apprehension is taken care of. 5.
