After hearing learned counsel for the parties for some time, considering the dispute about the recovery of deposit as well as claim of pending rent and possession, parties are referred to Mediation Centre at Solapur.

The In charge of the concerned Mediation Centre is directed to appoint a suitable mediator. The parties are directed to appear in the Mediation Centre for further process on 30.06.2025. 3.

The mediator that would be appointed, is requested to complete the mediation within a period of 4 weeks from the presentation of this order.
