Learned counsel who appears for respondent no.1, submits that he has been recently instructed to appear in the matter. He needs time to take instructions. Learned counsels for the parties submit that in view of the nature of dispute and relations between the parties they would assist the parties, to make an attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that as per the Page no. 1 of 2

908-sa-803-2024-ia-15734-2024.doc order passed by the trial court, the appellant no.1 is receiving a pension amount. He apprehends that in view of the impugned order, the pension which is released to appellant no.1 may be stopped. 3.

Till next date no further action be taken pursuant to the impugned decree.
