Learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties had made an attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. However, they are unable to arrive at any amicable terms. Learned counsels for the parties on instructions submit that the parties would be agreeable to explore the possibility of amicable settlement through mediation. 2.

By consent, the parties are referred to the Main Mediation Centre, High Court, Bombay for appointing Mediator for conducting Page no. 1 of 2

10-sa-803-2024-ia-15734-2024.doc meetings at Ratnagiri. Some retired Judge or any practicing advocate be appointed as a Mediator.
