1. Heard Mr. Deep Shirodkar, learned Additional Government Advocate for the Applicant and Ms. Akshata Rane, learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent.

2. This is an application for extension of time under Section 29-A (3) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

3. Vide order dated 15.01.2021, in an application for appointment of an Arbitrator bearing No. 2103 of 2021(f), this Court appointed Mr. R.G Ramani, Senior Advocate of this Court, as the Sole Arbitrator. 4th December, 2025

4. Subsequently, the period of twelve months expired on 25.09.2023; parties by consent extended the period for six months, upto 25.03.2024.

5. The Applicant seeks an extension of the period for one year i.e upto 04.12.2026 from the date of this order to complete the said proceedings.

6. Ms. Akshata Rane, Advocate appearing for the Respondent on instructions submits that there is no objection for the extension of the period by one year.

7. Accordingly, the application as per prayer clause (a) stands allowed. An extension upto 04.12.2026 is granted from the date of this order for completion of the Arbitral proceedings.
