Rule be issued.

To allow this Public Interest Litigation.

By way of a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the like nature, this Hon'ble Court may direct the respondents, their officers and subordinates to perform their legal duty.

D.

By way of a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the like nature, this Hon'ble Court may direct the respondents to decide the petitioner's petition within a time bound manner.

E.

Any further relief may be granted in favour of the petitioner in the interest of justice."

On a glance at the aforesaid prayers made in this Public Interest Litigation, we observe that these prayers are vague and not entertainable. Public Interest Litigation No.9 of 2025 is dismissed.
