This Public Interest Litigation has been filed by the Labour Law Practitioners Association, Solapur seeking a direction to the Collector, Solapur to allot government land for Labour and Industrial Court, Solapur, on the ground that presently the Labour and Industrial Court at Solapur is functioning on 3rd and 4th floors of a rented building and there is no sufficient space. It has also been stated that great inconvenience is being caused to the lawyers and litigants. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after four weeks.

Learned AGP appears on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 5 and 7 to 9 and waives service of notice. Mr. Anand Kulkarni, learned counsel, appears on behalf of respondent no.6 and waives service of notice.
