By this petition, the petitioners pray for a direction to respondent no. 5-Collector, Solapur to take effective steps for the allotment of Government land for construction of Labour and Industrial Court building at Solapur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out that as many as four open spaces of the Government land, details of which are set out in the petition, are available in Solapur which are convenient for allotment for construction of Labour and Industrial Court building.

Learned AGP submits that respondent no. 5 or the authorised officer will conduct an inspection and submit a report to this Court by way of an affidavit on or before the next date of hearing.

Two weeks' time, as prayed by the learned AGP to file an affidavit, is granted.
