In this Writ Petition, the Petitioners seek a direction to the Collector, Solapur to take effective steps for the allotment of Government land for construction of Labour and Industrial Court building at Solapur. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 10 to 12 states that an alternate land has been identified by the Collector, Solapur for construction of the building of the Labour and Industrial Court at Solapur 1/2

JPP 19. PIl 13.2025.doc which has also been found suitable by the Labour Law Practitioners Association, Solapur. The aforesaid submission is placed on record. 3.

Accordingly, the Collector, Solapur is directed to forward the proposal for allotment of the alternate land bearing City Survey No. 63/1/A situated at North Sadar Bazar for construction of the building of the Labour and Industrial Court in Solapur to the Principal District Judge, Solapur within a week. The Principal District Judge, Solapur, within a period of one week thereafter shall forward the proposal to the Registrar General of this Court. Needless to state that on receipt of proposal, an appropriate action shall be taken to forward the same to the State Government. 4.
