In this Petition, which has been filed as Public Interest Litigation, the Petitioners seek a direction to the Collector, Solapur, to allot Government land for construction of Labour and Industrial Court building at Solapur.

When the matter is called today learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submit that in pursuance of the order dated 4 April 2025, the issue with regard to allotment of land for setting upon the Labour and Industrial Court, Solapur has in principal being approved by the Government. It is further submitted that an approval by the Finance Department has also been issued and the file is pending before the Hon'ble Chief Minister. He would submit that a formal approval shall be issued within a period of four weeks.

The aforesaid submission is placed on record. Accordingly the PIL is disposed of.
