In the PIL, the petitioners have assailed the validity of Government Resolution dated 27th July 2024, by which additional Tehsil office is created at village Angar, Taluka Mohol, District Solapur. The petitioners seek creation of another additional Tehsil office in the same taluka.

Heard on Interim Application No. 1432 of 2025. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed.

We permit the learned counsel for the petitioners to amend the cause title of the PIL by deleting petitioner nos. 46, 55, 56 and 61 within a period of one week. Reverification is dispensed with.
