By the present Application, Applicant is seeking to release Plot No.83, Kh. No. 57/2A, admeasuring 151.15 sq. Mtrs. (1626.98 sq.ft.), P. H. No. 46, situated at Mouza Isasani, Tahsil Hingna, District Nagpur.

The learned Counsel for Applicant submits that this plot was purchased by him in the year 2008. Copy of the Sale Deed is annexed with the Application. The winding up proceeding commenced in the year 2010.

The Official Liquidator submits that he has no objection, if the plot is released, the same having been sold prior to commencement of the liquidation proceedings. 4.

In view of above, the Application is allowed as prayed for.

Plot No. 83, Kh. No. 57/2A, admeasuring 151.15 sq.
