The petitioner, inter alia, seeks direction to respondent nos. 2 to 5 to conduct detailed inquiry and submit a report with regard to the permissions granted to respondent no. 1 to operate pay and park services and construct a room on the land, which, according to the petitioner, belongs to the Government.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 7th March 2025.
