The property at Madhya Pradesh is in the name of Bajaj Steels and not in the name of company M/s. Wopolin Plastic Limited (the company under liquidation). He further submits that M/s. Wopolin Plastic Limited has purchased the properties from Bajaj Plastics and not from Bajaj Steels.

Since the Advocate for the applicant is reported unwell, stand over to 22-11-2024.
