Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that certain typographical errors have crept-in in the common Judgment and Order dated 8th April, 2025 passed by this Court in PIL No.62 of 2024 and Writ Petition No.13113 of 2024.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, it is directed that in paragraph 19, at page 15, in the third last line from the bottom, instead of the word "tender", the words "Memorandum of Understanding" be substituted. In paragraph 21 at page 17, in the third last line above the table, instead of "1529", "1756" be substituted. Similarly, in paragraph 22 at page 17, in the fourth last line from the bottom, instead of "937", "1756" be substituted. In the cause title of Writ Petition No. 13113 of 2024, the name of the petitioner be read as "Sumeet SSG BVG Mahanagar EMS Pvt. Ltd., Through Authorized Representative s. Sonwale" be substituted and

read as "Sumeet SSG BVG Maharashtra EMS Pvt. Ltd., Through Authorized Representative S. Sowale". 3.

The common Judgment and Order dated 8th April, 2025 stands corrected accordingly.

This order shall be read in conjunction with the common Judgment and Order dated 8th April, 2025.
