One of the stands taken by the Election Commissioner as also by the State authorities/Collector is that though the plot comprised in Survey No. 194 (Part) and 192 (Part) situated at Sector 29, Ravet, Pune is reserved as open space and forestation activity is to take place, however, no public access shall be permissible to the said forest to be developed on the said plot.

Let the Collector, Pune file an additional affidavit giving details as to how if on an open space a forest is to be developed, general public can be denied access. The said additional affidavit shall be filed within two weeks. A week's time thereafter shall be available to the petitioners to file rejoinder affidavit, if any.
