In this Writ Petition, filed as Public Interest Litigation, the Petitioner seeks direction to restrain Respondent Nos.1, 4 and 5, from carrying out the ongoing construction of cement concrete road between 'Varhalmata Chowk to Tadali Jakat Nala to Railway Station Crossing' as same being contrary to the sanctioned Development Plan 2003-2022 of Respondent No.1 and also being implemented without proper management and arrangements of drainage system, water pipeline, electric lines and telephone lines etc. passing under the said road.

This Court by an order dated 01/07/2024 had directed Respondent No.1 to conduct inspection and to submit report, whether the construction of the road is as per the sanctioned development plan. 3.

When the matter is called today, the learned Addl. GP has produced a report in the form of Affidavit stating that the construction of the road is as per sanctioned plan.

The aforesaid report has been annexed alongwith the Affidavit in Reply. The same is taken on record.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
