In this Public Interest Litigation, petitioner, who is ExPresident of Ratnagiri Municipal Council, Ratnagiri, is aggrieved by inaction on the part of the official respondents in not taking any action on the complaint dated 11th October, 2023 submitted by the petitioner with regarding to submission of same purchase invoices by respondent no.8 for multiple work orders.

Learned counsel for respondent nos.1, 2, 4, 7 and 8 pray for and are granted four weeks' time to enable them to file affidavit-in-reply.
