Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Tejesh Dande, learned counsel representing the respondent nos.1 to 3 - Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation. 2.

Mr. Tejesh Dande, learned counsel representing the Corporation has brought to our notice an order passed on 12th February, 2024 by the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Belapur, District - Thane in Regular Civil Suit No. 57 of 2024 which has been instituted in respect of the subject construction by the father of respondent no.7. By the said order, the parties to the suit have been directed to maintain status quo with respect to the suit property.

Accordingly, no direction can be issued by this Court in this PIL petition as has been prayed.

The PIL petition is, thus, dismissed at this juncture with the liberty to the petitioner to institute fresh proceedings as and when the suit pending before the Court concerned is finally decided or the order dated 12th February, 2024 is vacated.
