Vide our order dated 21 November 2024, learned Additional Government Pleader was requested to intimate respondent Nos.6 and 7 about this order and the next date. Learned Additional Government Pleader has submitted that intimation of this petition was sent to respondent Nos.6 and 7. 2.

However, respondent Nos.6 and 7 have chosen not to appear before the Court. In these circumstances, we direct that

7-PIL105-2024.doc it shall be responsibility of the Sub-Divisional Officer concerned to ensure that respondent Nos.6 and 7 appear before the Court on the next date. Their appearance through learned counsel is permitted. We also direct that apart from putting in appearance on the next date, respondent Nos.6 and 7 shall be ready with complete instructions in the matter. 3.

At the request made on behalf of the learned counsel for respondent No.8, stand over to 3 January 2025. To be placed High on Board.
