Public Interest Litigation No. 117 of 2024:- Dr. Milind Sathe, the learned senior counsel appearing for the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation tenders a copy of the Notification dated 27th November 2025 and states that vide the said Notification, the subject plot has been reserved for "Super Specialty Hospital".

The Notification dated 27th November 2025 is taken on record. 3.

Mr. Akhilesh Dubey, the learned counsel for the petitioner in the PIL petition tenders a copy of the agenda dated 10th February 2026 in respect of the First General Body Meeting of the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation to be held on 20th February 2026 and states that in view of the Agenda No.22, this PIL petition has been rendered infructuous and the petitioner-NGO shall espouse the cause of the people in the neighbourhood to have sufficient and additional playground, if necessary.

The aforesaid agenda dated 10th February 2026 is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid, Public Interest Litigation No. 117 of 2024 is disposed of.

Writ Petition No. 13300 of 2024:- 6.

At the request of Mr. Gopal L. Dalvi, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Writ Petition No. 13300 of 2024 is de-tagged from Public Interest Litigation No. 117 of 2024 to be heard separately on 18th March 2026.

However, the interim order dated 30th September 2024 stands vacated forthwith.
