Mr. Pravin Samdani, the learned senior counsel appears for the applicant in Interim Application No. 10964 of 2025 and Mr.Girish Godbole, the learned senior counsel appears for the applicant in Interim Application No. 326 of 2025. 2.
These interim applications have been opposed by Dr. Milind Sathe, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 6746 of 2024 on the ground that if the stand taken by the applicants that they are affected by the interim order dated
23rd October 2024 passed by this Court is accepted, then entertaining such interim applications would open a pandora box and there would be a stream of interim applications in this writ petition.

However, since these applications were already filed and some grievance has been raised against the interim order dated 23rd October 2024 with a prayer for vacating the said interim order, these interim applications are allowed only to the extent that the applicants shall be arrayed as party respondents in Writ Petition No. 6746 of 2024 with a right confined to addressing the Court only on legal issues. However, it is made clear that it shall be open to the applicants to refute any allegation made against them in the writ petition.

Accordingly, Interim Application Nos. 10694 of 2025 and 326 of 2025 are allowed and disposed of.
