Learned counsel for the petitioners has invited our attention to the earlier order passed by this Court dated

(2) 917 CP-6.2025.odt 08.12.2025 in Contempt Petition No.1035 of 2024 with other connected contempt petitions as well as the order passed by this Court dated 23.02.2026 in Contempt Petition No. 144 of 2025 and would submit that similar order may be passed in these contempt petitions as well.

Learned counsel for respondent No.5 does not dispute passing of the earlier orders as mentioned above. In that view of the matter, we dispose of the present contempt petitions with direction to the respondents to continue to pay minimum pay-scale as admissible to the petitioners, including the dearness allowances.
