This Civil Revision Application challenges impugned judgment of eviction passed by the Small Causes Court. By an order dated 14 December 2023 there was an protection granted to the Applicant till today.

The Interim protection granted tot he Applicant by the Bench of the Small Causes Court, by order dated 14 December 2023, is further extended till the next date of hearing. 3.

Stand over to 27 January 2024.

In the meanwhile, Applicant will deposit a sum of Rs. 5,000/- along with arrears as interim compensation as directed by the Appellate Court of Small Causes by order dated 21 March 2022 till further orders of this Court.
