This matter was moved for speaking to the minutes of Order dated 12 January 2024. It is submitted on behalf of the that after passing of the Order dated 12 January 2024 the Applicant approached the registry of Small Causes Court for payment of amount of Rs.5,000/- as per the directions given by Order dated 21 March 2022, passed by the Division Bench of the Court of Small Causes and as per the directions given by this Court by its Order dated 12 January 2024, however, the registry has refused to accept the amount.

By way of clarification to Order dated 12 January 2024, the applicant is permitted to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- per month on Sharada

904-29-2024.doc or before 10th Day of the month, till the hearing and final disposal of Civil Revision Application No.29 of 2024, pending before this Court.

As of now Applicant is permitted to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- for the month for January 2024 and for the month of February 2024 with the registry of Court of Small Causes by 23 February 2024. Registry of Court of small causes to accept the said amount.

All parties to act on an authenticated copy of this Order. 5.

Stand over to 27 February 2024. Matter to come up on board, under the caption for 'Admission'. Ad interim relief, granted earlier to continue till then.
