DATE : 28 FEBRUARY, 2024 P.C. :- This Civil Revision Application is filed by the landlord challenging the judgment and order dated 3 January, 2022 passed by the trial court and as confirmed by the District Judge by its judgment and decree dated 18 September, 2023. 2.
By the impugned judgment and order, both the Courts have concurrently held that the suit premises is not reasonably and bona fide required by the plaintiff. Therefore, the suit for

This Civil Revision Application is challenging the concurrent findings of dismissal of the suit, by the landlord. 4.
Hence, the Civil Revision Application requires consideration.
