I have heard the learned counsel appearing for parties. After having heard the learned counsel appearing for parties, I am of the view that the Civil Revision Application needs to be decided finally at the admission stage.

List the Civil Revision Application for final disposal at admission stage on 27 September 2024.

It appears that the Appellate Bench had fixed interim compensation of Rs.9,200/- during pendency of the Appeal. The Applicant shall continue to deposit the same before the Small Causes Court.
