It is a matter of initiating process of acquisition of the petitioner's land pursuant to the directions of this Court of which implementation being claimed.

The respondent No. 5 has filed affidavit in reply inter alia mentioning that since the work to be completed is under the Employment Guarantee Scheme (EGS), it is a matter coming under the purview of the respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4. 3.

Issue simple notice to the respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4, returnable on 12.03.2024. The learned A. G. P. waives service for the respondent Nos. 2 and 4.
