The Officers, namely Mr.Satish Vasant Dhumal, Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition), Beed and Mr.Abhishek Vyankatrao Akkanavru, Water Conservation Officer, Soil and Water Conservation Department, Beed are present in the Court today. The learned AGP identifies them.

The learned AGP candidly submits that the order of this Court is not complied with. The same is dated 05.05.2022, which had khs/July 2024/83

- 2 - to be complied on or before 31.07.2023.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner desires that this Contempt Petition should be taken to a logical end.

Ms.Deepa Mudhol-Munde / Respondent No.3 and Mr.Ajit Kumar Parande / Respondent No.5, are said to have been transferred. In contempt matters, a transfer of an Officer does not extinguish the contempt.

This Court had earlier issued simple notice. The order is still not implemented. Therefore, issue notice under the Contempt of Courts Act, in the format prescribed, to Respondent nos. 3 and 5, returnable on 29/7/2024.
