Learned APP produced on record an award dated 06.01.2026. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. On going through the said record, a final award under the Act of 2013 is now passed as per the order under Contempt for payment of compensation. 2.

So far as paying the compensation amount expeditiously is concerned, learned AGP on instructions, from the Collector Office made a statement that the amount of compensation would be paid to the petitioner within three months. We take this statement as an undertaking to this Court.

In view of the same, nothing survives in this petition and the same stands disposed of.
