Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicants. 2.

The challenge in this Application is to an order dated 3 September 2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Mangaon, whereby the application preferred by the Petitioners-Defendants for rejection of the plaint for incorrect valuation of the suit claim, came to be rejected. 3.

The Respondents - Plaintiffs are seeking declaration regarding the entitlement to have the retiral benefits of late Anil Ganpat Kamble and consequential injunctive relief not to disburse the amount of the retiral benefits in favour of Defendant No.1.

The learned Counsel for the Applicants, on instructions, informed the Court that the Defendants have filed written statement and the contention regarding incorrect valuation of the suit claim has been raised. 5.

Let the trial Court frame and decide the issue of incorrect valuation of SSP 1/2
