______________ CORAM: SANDEEP V. MARNE, J.
Dated: 4 April 2025.
P.C.:
1) Registry has placed the Civil Revision Application for direction. The Civil Revision Application has already been disposed of by judgment and order dated 10 December 2024. In paragraph 21 of the judgment, this Court permitted withdrawal of amount of interim compensation deposited in this Court alongwith accrued interest by Respondent Nos.1 and 2. It appears that Respondent No.2 has filed application for withdrawal of the amount. I do not see any difficulty why the withdrawal cannot be made in the name of Respondent No.2 since Respondent No.1 was a Hindu Undivided Family (HUF), Digitally signed by MEGHA SHREEDHAR PARAB Date:
2025.04.05 11:40:50 +0530 MEGHA SHREEDHAR PARAB which is stated to be no longer in existence. Accordingly, Page No.
