On 17th September, 2025, an order is passed by Respondent No.2, on the proposals of the Petitioners, wherein deficiencies in the proposals are noted. So also, it is mentioned that there are no government orders in respect of the Petitioners. Another reason mentioned is that, 155 employees of Respondent No.4 Institution from Pune Division, have approached the
cp654-24.doc Principal Seat for individual approval, by filing Writ Petition No. 16775 of 2023. The present Petitioners are also party in the said Writ Petition. In that Petition, affidavit is filed by the second Respondent and the said Petition is pending. Unless final orders are passed in the said Writ Petition, it would not be proper to grant approval to the Petitioners. Appropriate action would be taken, after the decision in the Writ Petition No. 16775 of 2023. 2.
Respondents No.4 and 5 - Management to explain about the deficiencies mentioned in the order dated 17th September, 2025.
