Heard learned Advocate for the petitioners as well as the respondents. They both have given their own calculations in respect of arrears. It appears that salary since March 2020 was in arrears and then, orders were passed on 04.04.2022 and 06.04.2023 by this Court. As per the affidavit-in-reply filed today on behalf of the respondents, it is stated that the respondents have paid the salary arrears to the petitioners from March 2020 to December 2021 in compliance with both those orders. However, the petitioners dispute.

Under such circumstance, we direct Educational Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to calculate the arrears and submit a report as to whether there are any arrears left. If yes, to what extent and in respect of which petitioner. The parties are allowed to produce documents before the Educational Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The entire exercise should be done by the Educational Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar within a period of one month from today.
