I have heard submissions made by Mr. Gupta, learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant, Mr. Soman, learned Advocate for Respondent No.1 and Mr. Parte, learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.2 to 5.

After hearing submissions of Mr. Gupta, I have impressed upon Applicant to file its written submissions which incidentally have been filed and copy has been given to Mr. Soman, learned Advocate appearing for the contesting Respondent.

In that view of the matter, it is clarified that on the next adjourned date, this Court shall hear the parties and dispose of the present Civil Revision Application which may be noted by the learned Advocates appearing for the respective parties. 6.
