Learned AGP has filed an affidavit in reply on behalf of respondent Nos.1 & 3, in short, stating that repeated communications were issued to the Corporation as well as to the petitioner to rectify the deficiencies to the proposal of the petitioner. Learned advocate for respondent No.4- Corporation, submits that they have called upon the petitioner to rectify the deficiencies in his proposal. Learned advocate for the petitioner states that within two weeks the petitioner will rectify the deficiencies and submit proposal to respondent No.4.

If the petitioner submits proposal after rectification to respondent No.4, he shall submit it to respondent Nos.1 & 3 within two weeks from the receipt of the same.

Respondent Nos.1 & 3 shall take decision on the said proposal within four weeks thereafter.

With the above directions, the contempt petition is disposed of.
