IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
CIVIL APPELLATE JURISDICTION CIVIL REVISION APPLICATION NO.178 OF 2024 Vaibhavkumar Maganlal Shah ....Applicant V/S Laxman Dnyanoba Wanarase & Ors.
....Respondents ________ Ms. Mamta Pandey i/b Mr. Sushant Prabhune for the Applicant.
Mr. Ritvik Joshi for Respondents.
__________ CORAM: SANDEEP V. MARNE, J.
DATE : 03 DECEMBER 2024.
P.C.:
Once again request is made on behalf of the learned counsel appearing for the Revision Applicant. It appears that after securing statement on behalf of the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents on 21 March 2024 for not taking any steps in the execution proceedings, the Applicant has not shown any interest in prosecuting the Revision Application. The learned counsel appearing for Respondents would vehemently oppose grant of any further adjournment and in the alternative would pray for releasing him from the statement made before this Court on 21 March 2024.
