The Civil Revision Application is filed under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 by the original defendant/tenant challenges the concurrent findings recorded by both the courts on the ground of "bona fide requirement". 2.

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable after four weeks. Apart from court notice, applicant is permitted to serve on the respondent by advocate's private notice by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the next date of the hearing.

In the meantime, there will be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) till further orders of this Court. The payer clause (b) reads as under :- ADN
