Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

The learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Revision Application. The learned Counsel for the applicant, however, submits that having regard to the nature of the dispute between the parties, and the age of the applicants, hearing of the Suit be expedited.

Respondent no.1 is the daughter-in-law of applicant nos. 1 and 2. ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.03.29 14:27:55 +0530 Respondent no.2 is the granddaughter of applicant nos. 1 and 2. 4.

Respondent nos. 1 and 2 have filed an Application for interim maintenance during the pendency of the Suit.

By the impugned order dated 12th January 2024, the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Malegaon, directed applicant nos. 1 and 2 and the applicant no. 3, who is the son of applicant nos. 1 and 2, to pay Rs. 3000/- p.m. to the respondent nos. 1 and 2 by way of maintenance, till the final disposal of the Suit.

The Court finds that the applicant nos. 1 and 2 are 70 years of age. Having regard to the nature of the dispute and the order passed by the Trial Court, it may be expedient to direct that the SCS No. 83 of 2022 be decided in a time-frame.

Hearing of SCS No. 83 of 2022 stands expedited. 8.

The learned Civil Judge seized with SCS no. 83 of 2022 is requested to make an endeavour to hear and decide the Suit as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the date of the settlement of issues.

Petition disposed.
