At the outset, Mr. Akil Kupade, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent states that Civil Revision Application is not maintainable. He states that appropriate remedy is of an Appeal to be filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984. 2.

In view of the above submission, Mr. Vaibhav Kadam, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Civil Revision Application with liberty to file appropriate proceedings.
