Mr. Chavan informs the Court that learned Trial Court has imposed costs of Rs. 1500/- and Rs. 1000/- by its orders dated 01.10.2024 and 09.10.2024 respectively. He would draw my attention to the order dated 11.06.2024 passed by this Court in CRA by which after hearing the Applicant in CRA, notice was issued to Respondent. 5.

Considering the issue involved between the parties, this CRA shall be heard on fixed date. Hence,stand over to 9th October, 2024. To be placed "First on Board".
