This matter has come on board by way of autolisting. The Appellate Court of Small Causes at Mumbai. By its order dated 30 January 2024 had granted protection for the applicant for a period of three months.

Ms. Shelake, appearing for the applicant submits that the said protection granted by the Appellate Court comes to an end on 27 April 2024.

Issue notice to the Respondent No1, returnable on 11 July 2024. Apart from the Court notice, advocate for the applicant is permitted to serve the respondents by advocate's private notice by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service to that effect before the next date of the hearing.
