The learned counsel for the applicants submits that, in light of the observations made in paragraph 15 of the under challenge, the matter ought to have been transferred to the Court of the Civil Judge, Junior Division.

In that view of the matter, grievance of the applicants stands redressed. The concerned Court is directed to take appropriate steps to ensure matter is accordingly transferred to the concerned Court.

Resultantly, the civil revision application stands disposed of.
